Safety Protocols
Updated Safety Protocols, Effective May 9, 2022
Our office is happy to announce that our waiting room will reopen for patients with appointments, on May 9, 2022.
Any scheduled patient who would prefer to call the check in line from their car and still wear a mask, is encouraged to do so.
Any scheduled patient wishing to use the waiting room is welcome.
Anyone without an appointment should still call the front desk if they have billing questions or need to schedule an appointment. There is not a staff member available “on call” to assist with billing or claim issues. The staff will research any questions and get back to you within 48 business hours. This will also help us limit the number of patients in the building.
Adult patients with appointments, will be seen for their appointment alone. Anyone accompanying the adult patient, may stay in the waiting room and all minors in the waiting room must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Minor patients with appointments, may have one adult with them in the operatory. Anyone else accompanying the child patient, will stay in the waiting room and any additional minors in the waiting room must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Patients that arrive 15 minutes or more late for their appointment will be rescheduled. This is the only way to allow for other patients to be seen on time.
Our office is closed from 1 to 2pm for lunch. The waiting room will open at 1:55 pm for 2pm patients.
While additional fees are still being charged to our office from suppliers for PPE for our staff, the $5 fee will no longer be charged starting May 9, 2022.
Our office staff can choose to wear masks at their own discretion.
Please be kind to our staff as they are working hard for your dental health!
